We would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data:

The controller of personal data pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) is LERAM Gastro s.r.o. – operator of the U Tomana apartments, Náměstí svobody 93/22, 602 00 Brno-střed. ID: 08454736
We process your personal data for the purpose of processing your accommodation reservations and communicating with you to verify your reservation, in cases of late arrivals, or informing you about forgotten items in the room or in other urgent situations requiring immediate communication.
If you send an accommodation request using the reservation form on our website or by email, by phone or in person, we process your name and surname, email and phone number. Upon arrival at the hotel, we further process your ID card number, date of birth and your address.
We process the personal data provided for this purpose for at least the period specified by law.
The protection of your personal data complies with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

We do not and will not use your personal data for marketing purposes.

We only provide your personal data to state institutions specified in the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic.
